Programme Highlights

A Progressive Approach to the Buddhist Path

The programme follows the stages of the path: the human and heavenly realms, the path to liberation, and the Bodhisattva path. This framework helps participants develop a more coherent understanding of Buddhist practice and the purpose of each stage.

Grounded in the Three Principal Aspects of the Path

The programme focuses on renunciation, Bodhicitta—the aspiration for awakening for the benefit of all sentient beings—and the wisdom realising emptiness. These three aspects provide an essential foundation for understanding the path to liberation within the Mahayana tradition.

Learning, Group Practice, and Application

The programme combines structured study, online group practice, and sharing of practical experience. Participants are encouraged to apply what they learn in everyday life and develop consistent habits through ongoing learning and collective practice.
